That’s easy, it’s pretty much impossible to tell you we exist! 🤐 As of now, our product only works with SyncroMSP… we’ve been banned from advertising in the Syncro Facebook users group and there’s no other way to let Syncro users know about us en masse. We rely on word of mouth to grow!
Yes! We’re a super small dev team, but we’re nimble, you can find our roadmap here, but we can only code as quickly as our coffee supply allows. ☕
No. We tried though! We assume they want you to use the team plan and their PowerBI stuff instead.
We take the data security super seriously. At the cost of additional resources, each tenant is totally separate from all other tenants for added security. Each tenant access can be restricted separately dependant on the client country, and we leverage the transmission access and tunnelling security of the global Cloudflare network. We can’t stop breached account passwords though… so turn on that 2FA!
We’re the software development branch of an MSP located here in Queensland Australia. We use syncro and developed all this stuff for us. We thought we should share it with the community.
At our current price, we lose money 🤣. We developed this for our own internal use, so what we bring in, doesn’t even come close to what we’ve spent researching, securing and developing our solution. We think $100 per tenant is a steal considering what we offer and the price of the Syncro teams plan.
As much as we can, we try to give back to the MSP community by releasing free software and other “Stuff”. Check out our free Agent Collision Plugin!
